Cornering Clinics

This coaching clinic is designed for riders to build self awareness of their cornering techniques. Riders will leave the session with more confidence, better knowledge on how to read the trail and setup for turns, and most important a heap more flow on the trails = more fun!

We recommend riders are 13 years of age & above.

What you need to know:

The meeting spot for the Clinics is at the main Waipa MTB Carpark (seating area outside of toilet block). Please ensure that you are there 10 minutes prior to the start of the clinic starting as all participants will be taken through a safety briefing. All riders must bring their own bikes / protection and adequate clothing for the conditions. Please ensure that all bikes are in a good working condition to avoid any on the day maintenance. Weather conditions will be monitored up to the night prior of the clinic, if deemed unsafe for activity, a postponement will be made. A small snack and hydration is recommended for out on the trails. Maximum of 8 riders per group, allowing coaches to work closely with each rider. If there are any Medical Conditions we should know about, please inform us on your order notes!
